Sooo last night I decided to use up some king prawns I had in the freezer and had a little look on my fave BBC Good Food.
After searching prawn recipes for a couple of minutes I came across this one and though yea! Right up my street – chilli, garlic, pasta and prawns!
Super easy to make, just a bit of pre chopping, it honestly takes around 15 minutes and the juices/fats from the tomatoes and salami act as a delicious coating to the pasta.
I also used bucatini pasta, which is a lot thicker than regular spaghetti and really fills you up.
So here’s mine and the other half’s attempt…
