So forget all that new year, new you stuff, I’ve actually had this and the other two Lean in 15 books for a few weeks now and I’m super excited to try some of Joe Wicks’ smoothies and recipes, but which one first?!?
However, prawns win out tonight and I’m in the mood for some colourful food that’s not full of carbs and has a bit of a kick. I might even throw in a non-protein smoothie too so I can use my new blender. Excited isn’t the word!
